About Hometown Throwdown 2

One Less Reason delivers deep, meaningful hard rock on their fourth album, Faces & Four Letter Words. Available Spring 2011 via Arsenic Records, Faces & Four Letter Words crescendos from gritty, hard-hitting anthems to poignant, poetic ballads.

The Jackson Tennessee quartet -- Cris Brown (Vocals), Brad Butler (Lead Guitar), Jerry Bailey (Rhythm Guitar), Jeff Moore (Drums), Terry Brown (Bass) -- have released four albums independently since their inception in 2003, cumulatively exceeding impressive digital sales totaling over 400,000, all while burning up stages alongside everyone from Shinedown and Seether to OneRepublic and Fuel. Faces & Four Letter Words was released independently in August 2010 debuting at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. After teaming up with Arsenic Records late last year, the band went back into the studio with producer Chris Henderson of 3 Doors Down and re-recorded the album with added tracks spanning their career. Lead singer Brown reveals that there's a memory behind every riff, chorus, bass groove, and guitar solo. "One Less Reason songs are more lyrically heavy than musically heavy, and there's always a message. It's all based around those four letter words - love, hate, pain, hope. I want people to feel the record more so than just hear it."

The album's first single "Faces" illuminates that concept with it's infectious chorus and corrosively catchy guitar melody. Pulsating with arena-ready prowess, "Faces" officially hits radio on February 22nd and is currently featured in the promo spots for the premiere of CSI: Miami.
